Hemodialysis Reverse Osmosis System

Wastewater treatment process Wastewater treatment process

Our Hemodialysis Reverse Osmosis (RO) System purifies water to ensure it is suitable for dialysis treatments, providing patients with the safest, cleanest water possible. Dialysis machines require ultra-pure water to prevent infections caused by microorganisms present in untreated water. With advanced filtration technology, our system guarantees that the water meets the stringent AAMI (Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation) standards for purity, offering a reliable and effective solution for dialysis centers. The purified water is then distributed to individual dialysis machines, where it is used to produce a dialysate solution that remains free of contaminants. With our Hemodialysis RO System, we ensure that patients receive the highest level of safety and care during their dialysis treatments

Why Hemodialysis RO system?

Dialysis machines require ultra-pure water to produce the dialysate solution, which comes into direct contact with the patient’s blood during treatment. Any contamination in this solution can lead to serious infections or complications.

Key Features

The water quality after Hemodialysis RO will be as per AAMI standards suitable for hemodialysis unit.

Post Filtration

Purified water for hemodialysis is then distributed to individual dialysis machines to produce dialysate solution that remains free of contaminants. Inert material must be used to avoid chemical contaminants. Water piping systems must be carefully designed and constructed to avoid bacterial contamination to prevent bacterial colonization of the system and to minimize formation of biofilm.
